Your $2,500 + GST Concept Design develops your RotoSpace home around your requirements and site.

The concept stage includes:

  • establishing your project brief

  • selecting and configuring the spaces you need

  • adapting the design to your site

  • developing the floor plan

  • exploring the architectural form and exterior

  • concept drawings and 3D views for review

  • consideration of future expansion where appropriate

Further design, documentation, engineering, consenting and construction services can then be scoped once the concept is established.
