RotoSpace homes are designed from the inside out — starting with furniture, daily routines, storage, movement through the house and the relationship between spaces.

By reducing unnecessary hallways, oversized rooms and awkward leftover areas, the footprint can become smaller without the home feeling compromised.

    Rather than drawing every room from scratch, RotoSpace uses developed bedroom, bathroom, living and utility arrangements that can be combined in different ways.

    This allows good design thinking to be repeated while still creating a home that works for you.

Your Concept Design develops your RotoSpace home around your requirements and site.

The concept stage includes:

  • establishing your project brief

  • selecting and configuring the spaces you need

  • adapting the design to your site

  • developing the floor plan

  • exploring the architectural form and exterior

  • concept drawings and 3D views for review

  • consideration of future expansion where appropriate

Further design, documentation, engineering, consenting and construction services can then be scoped once the concept is established.
